1. Maintenance of Luggage & Bags Suggestions on Maintenance: Suggestion 1: Long-time placement in a car with a high temperature and closed windows may lead to the paint melting and clinging. Suggestion 2: Hang it in a dry and shady place and then store it in a well-ventilated area with low humidity to prevent it from going moldy. Suggestion 3: Avoid the overlapping storage of an empty bag and other articles, lest it should be out of shape. Suggestion 4: If wet with rain or other liquids, please wipe it gently with a dry cloth and then dry it out.

3. One-year Warranty After-sales service provided for the product is only limited to parts replacement. Any damage or breakage (such as tank burst, burst line, zipper burst, tear, etc.) caused by human negligence, accidents or during transport are beyond the scope of after service. For the products sent back to our company for maintenance, the customers should be responsible for the freight charges. Customers can enjoy one-year maintenance service for free (original invoice is required), but extra parts cost is needed. Goods sold can not be replaced or refunded. The company recommends that you check whether the luggage is complete or not when retrieving luggage at the airport; if any damage occurred, please immediately apply for the airline claims.

Note: If related services are required, please contact the local agents for consensus solutions, with its model, size, specification and damaged components of the defective case. Or send its model, size, specification, the pictures of damaged components of the defective case, and the scanning of the purchase invoice, together with the warranty card, your name, address, and phone number to our service E-mail (serivce@binhao.com), in order that we can examine and deliver parts timely.
Normal maintenance will take about 21 days. For self-repair customers, we can send fittings, but the delivery costs of the corresponding parts should be borne. If there is any dispute, Shenzhen Binhao Co., Ltd. reserves the final say.
